Piercing

Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching your piercing!

Wash your new piercing at least twice a day with an anti-bacterial soap. Do not use alcohol or peroxide to clean your piercing. These products are too harsh and may cause irritation and lengthen the healing process

Use a product like Neosporin to help the healing process along and keep your piercing from developing an infection.

You will notice "crusties" begin to develop. This is a good thing and a normal part of healing.

If you suspect your piercing may have become infected, do not remove the jewelry. Removing the jewelry will seal the infection in and make it harder to get rid of and may cause serious problems. Come to the shop and we will help you!

Only move the jewelry after you have washed and soaked it. Moving a dry piercing is like picking a scab and should be avoided.
